Koleen Singerline

Senior Vice President / The Church Lady

Koleen Singerline is an established Sales and Marketing professional with over 13 years of experience related to the development and growth of relationships between business and the sales agent. In addition to serving as our company's moral compass, Koleen is responsible for overseeing and developing all sales and marketing strategies. Singerline has been consistently honored with countless national sales awards for the past 14 years. She additionally is an accomplished leader of networking with business organizations and community and government entities. Koleen has served on associations including the Business Education Committee for Monmouth Ocean Development Council, the Education Advocate for the Jersey Shore Association of Human Resources, the Monmouth County and Ocean County Workforce Investment Boards, and has been a past Chamber Director of Eatontown.

Koleen's church choir singing can blow away any American Idol contestant.

Archie Toth

Archie Toth

Vice President / The Chef

Archie Toth comes to Grass Roots Marketing with over 15 years of management, marketing and staffing experience. As Vice President, Archie oversees the organization’s daily operations and sales initiatives with an emphasis on GRM’s staffing niche. Before joining the GRM team, Archie served as Regional Vice President of Branch Operations for Snelling Staffing Services, LLC. During his tenure, he managed the budgetary responsibilities for nine corporate branch offices with annual revenue of $35 million. Under his supervision, Toth restructured the branches to ensure continued profitability and the East Region attained 121% of budget forecasts for 2010. Archie previously worked with Haley Marketing, Manpower Employment and AA Temporary Services.

If Archie weren’t in the industry, he would have the #1 cooking show on television.

Jeff Androsko

Manager of Design / Jazz Flute Aficionado

Jeff Androsko began employment with Grass Roots Marketing in May of 2008. As the Manager of Graphic Design, his duties include the creation of the team's visual artwork for Client Email Campaigns, Direct Mail Campaigns and Web Designs, as well as Customer Service. Jeff is a graduate of Monmouth University at the Jersey shore, where he earned a BA in Broadcasting Communication: TV/Radio and a double minor in Film and Information Technology. Having run an extremely successful DJ/Production service since April of 1998, he has merged his Broadcasting background with on-the-job marketing experience. Between the years of 2004 and 2007, Jeff served as an employee of the Mobile Energy Program, a guerilla marketing campaign for Red Bull Energy Drink. After parting with the company, he took his acquired marketing, event-planning and brand-building techniques and applied them to not only his Production company, but also his Grass Roots Marketing endeavors. Jeff also used to be featured on 88.9FM/WMCX.com as the resident Jazz, Funk and Soul DJ/Personality.

Jeff is very serious about pronouncing the word jazz with a soft j (yazz).

Tony Popowski

Manager of Public Relations / Speed Talker Extraordinaire

Tony Popowski joined Grass Roots Marketing in August of 2008 as the Manager of Public Relations. In addition to serving as the company's Public Relations contact, his daily operations include implementing Branding Campaigns, Event Planning, Research and Customer Support. Tony comes to GRM as an alumnus of Villanova University where he graduated cum laude with a BA in Communication: Media Studies Track, a certification in Public Relations and minors in both Business Administration and Law/Corporate Governance. While attending Villanova, Tony served as President of both the Public Relations Student Society of America and the National Communication Honor Society. Tony was selected amongst his peers and was honored with the Public Relations Excellence in Service Award and the Communication Department Pathos Award upon graduation. During his college tenure, he also completed internships with the Communication Department of the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football Team and Barton Gilanelli & Associates, a Public Relations and Advertising firm in Philadelphia, PA.

Tony can literally outtalk any person on the planet. Seriously.

Diane Mazza

Controller / Superwoman

Diane Mazza is a skilled professional with 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. During her career, she has implemented practices that have saved companies significant resources. As GRM's Controller, Diane oversees all financial transactions of the company. Her responsibilities include Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Monthly P & Ls, Employee Vacation and Medical Benefits, and Taxes among others.

Diane has the ability to fly and she always cleans up after herself.
